Role Overview

The Social Media Growth Strategist will own the strategy and growth of Tradeify’s social presence across platforms such as X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube shorts, and emerging channels.

Using heavy AI agents, automation, and growth-hacker tactics, you’ll drive follower growth, engagement, and direct trader sign-ups with minimal oversight. You will identify trends, launch high-velocity content experiments, analyze performance, and develop repeatable systems that turn attention into engagement and traders.

What You’ll Do

Build and Execute Social Growth Strategy

• Build and run the full social growth strategy with AI-powered trend analysis, content systems, and real-time optimization

• Execute high-velocity growth hacker tactics daily:

  • AI-powered trend-jacking – monitor trending topics in real time and auto-generate + deploy responses in minutes

  • Viral format cloning + rapid A/B testing – spot winning formats, spin 50 variations with AI, kill losers fast, and scale winners

  • Shadow referral loops – create shareable challenges and templates that auto-spread via user tagging and results

  • Micro-influencer + alt-account collabs – use alts to identify and close 50+ weekly creator deals for shoutouts and access

• Turn every piece of content into acquisition using AI for ideation, production, scheduling, distribution, and analytics

• Own initiatives end-to-end: propose, build, launch, measure, and iterate — all with heavy AI and automation

• Track and hit clear KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, and trader conversion

Create High-Velocity Content Experiments

• Develop and test multiple content formats across platforms (short-form video, threads, memes, charts, educational content, etc.)

• Rapidly iterate based on performance signals

• Identify repeatable viral content formats and scale them

Monitor Trends and Internet Culture

• Track conversations across trading communities (X, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, etc.)

• Identify opportunities for Tradeify to participate in relevant cultural and trading conversations

• Stay ahead of platform trends, features, and algorithm changes

Own Initiatives End-to-End

• Propose new social growth initiatives, campaigns, and experiments

• Take full ownership of ideas from concept through execution and launch

• Measure results, iterate quickly, and scale what works

Build Scalable Content Systems

• Develop repeatable workflows for content ideation, production, and distribution

• Experiment with tools and automation to increase content velocity

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ship high-impact creative

Measure and Optimize Performance

• Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion

• Analyze performance to extract insights and improve future campaigns

• Share learnings and recommendations with the broader marketing team

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience

• 3–6+ years managing or growing social media accounts for a brand, startup, or creator

• Demonstrated experience growing social accounts significantly (followers, engagement, or reach)

• Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

Bonus Points

• Experience growing fintech, trading, or crypto audiences

• Experience scaling accounts past 100K+ or 500K+ followers

• Experience building AI-driven or agentic workflows for content creation, research, or distribution

• Experience working with creators, influencers, or trading communities
