Social Media Specialist

Opportunity

We’re looking for a Social & Brand Content Associate to plan, create, and post content while bringing our brand ideas to life. This role is perfect for a strong writer who can execute a calendar, keep our social channels engaged and active, and shape how the Twin brand shows up every day.

You’ll work closely with our Creative and Community teams to plan monthly content ideas, publish consistently across platforms, and engage with our community, writing content for blog posts, customer experience, and other campaigns along the way. If you enjoy coming up with creative ideas, distilling content across formats, keeping things organized, and making concepts feel human and easier to understand, this role is for you.

Responsibilities 

Manage Twin’s organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

• Propose monthly post ideas and themes for review and approval
• Build and maintain a monthly social content calendar
• Write, schedule, and publish posts every week
• Keep the voice of the brand clear, friendly, and consistent

Write content for the company

• Social captions, graphic copy, and short-form content
• Emails, newsletters, and other campaign materials as needed
• Blog posts, webinars, or simple scripts as needed
• Stories that make the brand feel human and helpful
• Internal and external brand messaging and guidelines
• Leverage AI to accelerate production and sharpen strategy

Work with the Creative and Content teams

• Turn creative ideas into captions, scripts, and social posts
• Help prepare content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and more
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and partners to prepare assets

Engage with the larger social media community

• Monitor social channels and competitors daily
• Monitor social channels and competitors daily
• Escalate and respond to comments and DMs with the appropriate internal teams
• Track common questions and themes to help inform future content
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• 3+  years of experience in social media content writing and production
• Experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts
• Health and wellness experience preferred
• Bonus points if you have familiarity with basic video editing tools and are comfortable filming simple, lo-fi video clips
• You are comfortable using AI tools to enhance content while applying a critical, editorial lens to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
• You are a strong writer who enjoys working across formats
• You’re passionate about social media and understand how people engage with brands
• You deeply care about people and have a human-first mindset
• You are interested in metabolic health and willing to learn clinical and technical concepts

Compensation and Benefits 

The compensation range for this position is $65,000 -$80,000 annually.
