About the Role
As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead in managing, creating, and optimizing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with design, copywriting, and strategy teams to turn ideas into high-performing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the art and science of social media, equally skilled in creative storytelling and performance marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute content calendars across all relevant platforms
  • Create engaging, on-brand social media content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on analytics
  • Grow and manage online communities, responding to messages and comments
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
  • Work with paid media specialists to support boosted content and ad campaigns
  • Report on KPIs, follower growth, and engagement metrics


What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and content strategy
  • Experienced Sprout Social knowledge is required
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, etc
  • Comfortable interpreting analytics and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Knowledge of paid social is a plus 
  • Email marketing experience is a plus 
  • A genuine interest in trends, digital culture, and what makes people click
