About the role (What you’ll be doing)

As a Social Media Producer at Eucalyptus, you’ll be leading the production of, and managing the organic arm of our social media channels. You’ll help scale our work across editorial, video content, public relations and the repurposing and distribution of SEO content. Collaborating with SEO specialists, videographers, content managers and designers to create a seamless and scalable workflow.

Role & responsibilities

• Produce Social-First Content: Develop, design and execute engaging content for our organic social channels, including YouTube and Instagram, from ideation to final delivery
• Collaborate with Content Team: Work closely with the Content Manager to enhance our social media capabilities, establishing efficient systems for content creation and deployment
• Team Collaboration: Partner with a team of creatives and copywriters to grow our online presence, increase engagement, and drive sign-ups
• Scheduling and Organisation: Oversee the scheduling of content across our organic social media channels to ensure consistent and timely posting
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse insights from patient stories, performance data, and social trends to create engaging content that resonates with our audience and fosters growth
• Experimentation and Innovation: Continuously explore new content formats, platforms, and partnerships to enhance engagement and build a strong community.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output while meeting deadlines.

About you (Who you are):

• Experience and Portfolio: You have 3-4 years of experience in a role related to creative advertising, production, social media, or content creation, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms
• Content Creation Skills: You're proficient in using tools like Figma, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant software to produce high-quality content for social media channels
• Community Building Expertise: You have a proven track record of building and growing strong online communities across various social media platforms, with a deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices for organic content
• Market Knowledge: You have experience working in the Australian market, which is essential for understanding local trends and audience preferences
• Creative Approach: You bring a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box, generating fresh ideas that drive engagement and community growth

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
• Skills in motion and animation
• Colour grading and sound design experience
