Position Overview:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Operator to grow our short drama content across Portuguese-speaking markets. You'll be responsible for selecting viral-worthy clips, publishing content, and optimizing performance across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as FaceBook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Review drama footage and identify high-potential clips with strong hook and retention value
• Edit and repurpose clips using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Monitor platform analytics and apply data-driven strategies to improve content performance
• Coordinate with production teams and talent management to gather raw materials
• Stay up to date with trending content formats and audience preferences in the Portuguese-speaking market

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in social media operation or content creation
• Native Portuguese speaker with conversational to business-level English proficiency
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of social media metrics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement rate, etc.)
• Excellent editorial instinct, ability to identify emotionally engaging and shareable moments from long-form drama content
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience operating accounts in Brazilian or Portuguese markets
• Familiarity with short drama or entertainment content formats
• Understanding of local pop culture and audience behavior in Portuguese-speaking regions
