Social Media Marketing

And we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Create and schedule posts; design simple visuals or coordinate with designers
2. Respond to DMs / comments; maintain community engagement
3. Monitor social metrics and report basic performance (likes, shares, reach)
4. Assist in small ad campaigns on social under supervision
5. Plan social media content strategy; align with marketing goals
6. Manage influencer collaborations and campaigns
7. Run paid ads/social campaigns; optimize creatives, audiences, budgets
8. Analyze deeper metrics (engagement per post type, conversion through social, content ROI)
9. Lead small social content teams or external contributors
10. Define social media roadmap; ensure integration with brand, content, product, retention programs
11. Oversee large influencer or brand partnership strategies
12. Ensure brand consistency across all social touchpoints
13. Optimize budget allocation across platforms and campaign types
14. Reporting to leadership: social performance, impact on business goals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
• 2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Knowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web design
• Experience/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
Technical Requirements:

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

• Platform ad tools (Meta, TikTok, Instagram)
• Analytics / monitoring tools (native and third-party)

• Design tools for visuals (Canva, Photoshop)
