Role Overview

The Associate Social Media Marketing Manager will support our social media team by creating, scheduling, and managing social content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for multiple small business clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, on-brand social media posts (graphics, captions, hashtags) for small business clients across various industries.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms using tools such as Hey Orca, Semrush, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Collaborate with managers and customer success to ensure posts align with client goals, voice, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions (likes, comments, shares) and flag opportunities for engagement or feedback.
  • Assist in reporting on performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to help clients stand out online.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably at an agency or managing multiple brand accounts.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills — able to craft concise, engaging captions and understand tone and brand voice.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Understanding of platform best practices for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management — able to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and eagerness to learn.
