We’re looking for a strategic, creative Social Media Senior Manager to lead the client's brand presence for multiple brands across social channels. This role will own the social strategy, content, community, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Brand, CX, Creative, PR/Comms, and Growth Marketing to deliver best-in-class social experiences that build trust and advocacy.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop a channel-specific social strategy aligned with brand objectives, audience needs, and commercial priorities.
- Build monthly/quarterly content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and platform plans (organic & paid).
- Define audience segmentation, content pillars, tone of voice, and channel purpose (e.g., LinkedIn for leadership, TikTok for reach, Instagram for community, etc.).
Content & Creative
- Lead ideation, copywriting, and production of high\-impact social content (static, video, Stories/Reels, carousels, live).
- Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, and creators; manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.
- Implement UGC/creator strategies and employee advocacy programmes where relevant.
- Ensure brand consistency and accessibility (subtitles, alt text) and optimize content per platform best practices.
Campaigns & Partnerships
- Plan and execute campaigns (product launches, tentpoles, seasonal moments, live events).
- Manage influencer/creator partnerships: identification, negotiation, briefing, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with PR for reactive content, issues management, and real-time moments.
Measurement & Optimisation
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; deliver weekly/monthly reporting with insights and actions.
- Use A/B testing and data-driven optimization to improve content performance and conversion.
- Maintain dashboards across platform analytics and BI tools; create clear narratives for leadership.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications; multi-channel ownership.
- Proven track record driving growth, engagement, and brand sentiment in B2C and/or B2B contexts, ideally in a regulatory and / or financial services environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Experience of managing social media in different regions and languages
- Expertise in short-form video (Reels/TikTok), LinkedIn thought leadership, and community building.
- Experience with influencer/creator programmes and contractual compliance.
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative briefing skills.
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
