Social Media Manager

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Social Media Manager to help scale the digital presence of a fast-growing wellness brand. We aren’t just looking for someone to "post content"—we need a disciplined executor who can manage the daily pulse of the brand across five platforms, leverage AI to work smarter, and hunt for the right influencer partnerships to fuel growth.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Posting and scheduling content across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn: This role focuses on writing captions for content provided by a creative team and engaging with the community by leaving 50–100 comments per day on targeted accounts.

• Using AI to assist with SEO-friendly copywriting
• Influencer outreach (DMs + email) to source creators for partnership ads
• Tracking outreach and responses in a simple system
• Light admin support where it creates leverage (content calendars, posting logs, etc.)
• Extremely organized
• Comfortable with AI tools
• Proactive, not reactive
