About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand presence and deepen audience engagement across social platforms. In this role, you’ll lead innovative social campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable results that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives to grow brand awareness and visibility
  • Create, schedule, and publish compelling content—including text, images, and video—that reflects our brand voice and values
  • Analyze social performance metrics and translate insights into optimized content, engagement, and ROI
  • Actively monitor social channels and conversations to maintain brand relevance and identify opportunities
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong, loyal audience
  • Oversee social media tools and paid social budgets to maximize reach and engagement
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and emerging trends to leadership to support continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience managing social media for brands or organizations, preferably in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling stories and messages
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling, listening, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative, matrixed environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns
  • Strong background in brand storytelling or content strategy development
  • Comfort with forecasting, managing, and tracking social media budgets
