Our client is a creative and fast-growing marketing agency delivering innovative campaigns across multiple industries. They are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for clients across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each client’s brand and target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including paid media strategy, targeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure content aligns with client goals and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
  • Prepare reports and insights for clients and internal teams to demonstrate ROI and growth.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or community management.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing integration.
  • Creative mindset with trend awareness in social media and digital marketing.
