Social Media Manager

Own Seekr's social presence, coordinate integrated campaigns, engage with the community, and leverage AI for social media content production.
About the Role
This is the practitioner who owns Seekr's social presence as an integrated marketing channel - the place where earned media, executive thought leadership, demand campaigns, product launches, and customer advocacy all show up to live audiences across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Social media is the connective tissue between Seekr's earned, owned, and paid motions. You will work daily with PR & Communications (your reporting line) on thought leadership and earned media amplification, with Demand Generation on integrated campaigns, with Technical Product Marketing on product launch motion, and with the Creative & Production function on creative reuse, video adaptation, and brand-consistent social motions.
The center of gravity is executive thought leadership. Seekr's executives and technical SMEs are the most credible voices for the brand. Building their social presence into category-defining surfaces is core to the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and run Seekr's social media calendar across executive and company channels. This both aligns to and informs the overarching editorial calendar and content strategy.
- Produce or edit executive content - LinkedIn posts, X threads, comment strategy, and engagement tactics. Many executives don't have time to write; the bar is to write so well in their voice that they would have written it that way themselves.
- Coordinate with Demand Generation on integrated campaign social content and paid social amplification. Where they own the campaign, you own how it shows up - and performs - in social.
- Coordinate with Technical Product Marketing on product launches and major announcement social motions. Translate the messaging architecture into social-native formats that actually land.
- Run social listening and competitive monitoring. Be the early warning system for narrative shifts and inform rapid response efforts.
- Own social analytics and reporting in partnership with Marketing Operations. Build measurement that connects social activity to business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
- Own community engagement as a daily, two-way discipline — responding to comments and mentions in the brand’s voice, joining the conversations that shape the category, and building relationships with the analysts, customers, partners, and journalists who drive it. The voice in the replies matters as much as the voice in the posts.
- Grow and nurture Seekr’s social community over time — the customers, advocates, and practitioners who engage with the brand. Build an employee advocacy motion that turns Seekr’s own team into credible amplifiers, and track community health and engagement quality, not just follower counts.
- Operate AI-accelerated workflows for content production - voice-matched drafting against executive style profiles, multi-platform adaptation, engagement timing analysis, social listening synthesis. AI accelerates production; humans set the voice and ship the final.
Qualifications and Skills
- 6+ years managing social media at a B2B technology company, including direct experience producing content for executive accounts.
- Strong writing portfolio across LinkedIn, X, and short-form content.
- Sophisticated understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing platform - algorithm, formats, paid social mechanics.
- Comfort working with executives directly on their personal brand and content voice.
- Demonstrated expertise using AI tools to accelerate social production without flattening voice. We will ask you to walk us through your workflow.
- Demonstrated practice using AI tools to accelerate workflows - not as a content-generation shortcut but as a workflow layer that compresses review cycles, augments research, surfaces signals, and informs decision-making. We will ask you to describe what you have automated, what you have kept human, and where the line should be drawn.
- Comfort with technical AI subject matter, or demonstrated learning velocity to get there fast.
- Comfort partnering across PR, Demand Generation, Creative/Production, and Product Marketing in a small marketing function where roles are integrated, not siloed.
- Track record of operating at high speed inside an integrated marketing function, partnering closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales.
- Experience in explainable AI, responsible AI, AI governance, or adjacent categories where trust and verifiability are first-class buyer concerns, a plus.
