Job Summary

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to support multiple high-growth companies looking to strengthen their online presence, brand voice, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conceptualise and develop engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and TikTok
  • Design, edit, photograph, and film compelling content using Adobe Suite, Canva, and similar tools
  • Develop creative social strategies that accelerate online visibility and engagement
  • Research and pitch new social strategies to clients in a thoughtful, easy-to-understand way
  • Craft compelling captions and storytelling aligned with client goals
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms
  • Oversee day-to-day client communications related to content approvals and scheduling via Loomly
  • Coordinate with internal teams via email on assets and deliverables
  • Analyse social media metrics and trends to optimise performance and inform future strategy
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track and measure performance
  • Present key social media insights during client-facing weekly status calls
  • Conduct daily social listening and community engagement
  • Monitor emerging social trends and implement relevant opportunities for clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of Social Media Managers, fostering collaboration and creativity

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment working with high-profile brands
  • Agency experience required
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of growing large, engaged social followings
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, social demographics, and authentic community building
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and managing high volumes of content
  • Ability to influence marketing and product leaders and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, editing, verbal, and presentation)
  • Compelling copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems
  • Graphic design and video editing expertise
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from leadership
