Job Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Executive at Pesto Tech, you will be responsible for creating and publishing content on various social media channels for Pesto. Will be executing the company's social media strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Pesto Tech's online presence and fostering a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Generate multimedia content, such as images, videos, infographics, and animations, to effectively convey the company's messages and values.
Community Engagement:Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally. Foster meaningful interactions with the online community, building a strong brand following and customer loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach. Utilise insights to refine strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
Social Advertising: Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to enhance visibility and reach the target audience effectively.Stay
Abreast of Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
2 - 6 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.
Familiarity with design software and basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, social media management tools, and analytics tools.
