At One Park Financial, we are expanding our creative and performance marketing capabilities in Santo Domingo. We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager who can own our social presence end-to-end — from strategy to execution.
This role is ideal for someone who understands content trends, performance metrics, and platform best practices, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment. You will work closely with Creative Strategy, Content, Design, and Media Buying teams to ensure our channels drive engagement, brand consistency, and measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize posting schedules, formats, and content mix for maximum reach and engagement.
Content Management
● Coordinate with the Content Creators, Creative Strategists, and Graphic Designers to develop high-performing content.
● Write and edit captions, CTAs, and on-screen text with strong storytelling and clarity.
● Manage asset organization, posting, scheduling, and cross-platform distribution.
● Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, design, and messaging.
Community Management
- Monitor all social media accounts, respond to comments and DMs, and escalate customer issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive brand image and foster community engagement.
- Track sentiment, FAQs, and recurring customer insights to inform content and messaging.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze social performance metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, retention, follower growth, content performance, and trends.
- Report weekly and monthly insights to the Marketing team.
- Recommend optimizations and contribute ideas for content testing and iteration.
- Use results to collaborate with the Creative Strategist on hooks, angles, and improved storytelling.
Campaign Coordination
- Support campaign launches with platform-specific content planning.
- Collaborate with Media Buyers to ensure organic and paid creative work together cohesively.
- Partner with UGC creators when needed by providing briefs, guidelines, and feedback.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or performance marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Experience developing content calendars and executing platform-specific strategies.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer).
- Strong writing skills (English and Spanish preferred).
- Ability to collaborate with creative, design, and media teams.
- Experience analyzing metrics and presenting insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with performance creative or direct-response brands.
- Familiarity with creative frameworks (hooks, angles, storytelling arcs).
- Experience working with UGC creators or content creators.
- Basic understanding of video formats, specs, and social-first production.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools is a plus (e.g., Runway, Pika, Google Veo).
