Main Responsibilities
Implement and manage daily social media activities across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X for multiple brand accounts.
Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with each brand's voice and strategic objectives.
Monitor social conversations and develop responsive content for trending topics and cultural moments.
Maintain content calendars and coordinate publishing schedules across platforms.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually compelling posts and campaigns.
Identify opportunities to grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
Support larger marketing initiatives with coordinated social media components.
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.
Core requirements
2-4 years of hands-on social media management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brand accounts with distinct voices and audiences.
Copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
Solid understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
Organized approach to content planning and scheduling.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with marketing, design, and brand teams.
Portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content.
Salary Range
Gross Salary 1700-3300 EUR/Month.
