Job Summary

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to support multiple high-growth companies looking to strengthen their online presence, brand voice, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok
  • Write compelling captions and short-form copy optimised for engagement and conversions
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare regular reports
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for brands or businesses
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and audience growth
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
  • Excellent written English and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
