Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for consistent brand messaging.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
Strong creative writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Basic understanding of digital advertising and analytics.
