The Role
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that is storytelling driven, community first, and highly experimental. You are someone who understands internet culture, the Christian space, and can tie the two together through highly relatable and inspirational content. As a core member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our community on our social channels to build brand love.
The ideal candidate should be well versed in ideating social media content with a proven track record of highly engaging posts across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. You understand brands need to have an original point of view, and not just jump on bandwagon trends. You should be highly driven and self-motivated, with a keen eye on performance and results.

Glorify utilises bite-size readings, meditations, music and gamification techniques, to enable people to spend daily time with God through guided worship routines, curated content and a world-class user experience. We have already built strong relationships with influencers in this space which has helped drive our user growth. Having launched in key markets like the US and Brazil we are already achieving 1 million downloads per month, with high conversions to accounts and monthly/annual subscriptions. We are now working to translate the platform into Spanish to drive further growth in Latin America. We are guided by Christian values but you don’t need to be a Christian to work here; we recognise the value of diversity and inclusivity. Having already secured £3mil in Seed funding, we are hoping to close our Series A shortly and we expect to double our headcount in the next 6 months.
