Social Media Manager for US Based Brand (US-Based, Remote)

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who can also edit short-form video content to help grow MySwimPro’s global presence, strengthen our community, and drive engagement across all major platforms.

This role is about owning social media strategy, execution, and performance, with video editing as a core execution skill. You’ll manage platforms end to end while creating content that is educational, entertaining, and aligned with the MySwimPro voice.You should think like a modern social media operator: strategic, organized, proactive, data-aware, and comfortable moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage MySwimPro’s social media accounts across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Threads
• Plan content calendars, manage posting, and ensure consistent brand voice
• Edit short-form videos that support social growth and performance
• Create hooks, captions, text overlays, and light animations
• Develop call-to-action posts and support simple lead-generation automations
• Track content performance and share insights and recommendations with the CEO and marketing team
• Stay current with platform updates, trends, and AI-powered workflows

Requirements

• What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Proven ability to manage accounts and grow engagement
• Strong video editing skills for short-form social content
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English
• Strategic thinker who understands growth, engagement, and conversion
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and output
