Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of NodeShift’s online presence and grow our digital footprint across the GCC. You will craft our public voice, create high-performance content, and build a strong community around sovereign AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise AI adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments, understands the power of storytelling in deep-tech, and wants to help define the public perception of a company transforming AI in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Strategy

• Own and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels
• Produce daily content on AI, sovereign cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise AI adoption, customer wins, and product releases
• Create visuals, short videos, carousels, infographics, and brand-aligned assets with internal design support
• Translate complex technical topics into compelling, digestible posts
  
  

Growth & Engagement

• Grow NodeShift AI’s follower base and engagement levels across all platforms
• Build a strong community of AI engineers, government decision-makers, CIOs, CISOs, cloud architects, and developers
• Track analytics, optimize posting schedules, and benchmark against industry trends
  
  

Brand & Messaging

• Maintain strict consistency with NodeShift’s tone: authoritative, sovereign, advanced, secure
• Highlight NodeShift differentiators such as:
  • Sovereign, air-gapped deployment
  • 140+ AI models (Arabic & English)
  • Security guardrails in the inference path
  • Government-grade compliance and data residency
  • On-premise private ChatGPT environments
    
    

Collaboration

• Work closely with founders, product marketing, and design to promote key announcements
• Repurpose case studies, customer wins, and product updates into social-ready formats
• Support event campaigns around conferences, summits, and government events
  
  

Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing (B2B tech preferred)
• Strong understanding of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or ability to learn very quickly
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Ability to turn technical content into high-impact storytelling
• Experience growing social media accounts significantly (preferably >50k combined followers)
• Creative mindset with a bias for speed, experimentation, and constant iteration
• Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment
