Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage our social media presence and assist with content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving engagement and supporting product marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post daily content across major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Content Creation: Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and occasional blog posts that resonate with our audience.
  • Product Research Support: Collaborate with the Manager to research trending products and deals for promotional content.
  • Affiliate Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to FTC guidelines and affiliate program policies.
  • Social Media Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Manager to improve engagement and growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Social Media Platforms: Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Scheduling Tools: Proficiency in Later or Buffer to manage content calendars and schedule posts.
  • Content Creation Tools: Experience using Canva Pro to design social media graphics and InShot or CapCut for editing short-form videos.
  • Link Management: Familiarity with Linktree for organizing affiliate links in social media bios.
  • Writing Tools: Strong command of written English, with experience using Grammarly to polish content.
  • Analytics Knowledge: Basic experience with Google Analytics and social media native analytics to track engagement metrics, in collaboration with the Manager.
  • Google Workspace: Proficient in using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and other Google tools.
