We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Munich and help us deliver meaningful, engaging content to a global audience. If you’re passionate about healthcare technology and combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, we’d love to hear from you.
Your role
- Develop and execute social media content in line with our global strategy (focus on English-language content)
- Plan, manage and continuously evolve editorial calendars across all relevant platforms
- Take ownership of social media projects, coordinating topics, formats and timelines across stakeholders
- Translate corporate messages, news and statements into engaging, creative and audience-focused social media content
- Coordinate topics, formats and timing with stakeholders across project management, product management and marketing communications
- Create compelling visual, video and written content aligned with our brand voice
- Monitor performance, analyze results and optimize content based on insights
- Manage community interactions and strengthen our digital presence
- Support the communications team with copywriting, editing and proofreading
Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in social media and/or corporate communications
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2-level)
- German is a strong plus
- A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in humanities, communications or a comparable qualification in a relevant field
- Experience in an agency environment or in PR is a strong plus
- Strong experience in creating visual and video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe or CapCut
- Proven track record in editorial planning and executing social media campaigns
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize performance
- Based in Munich with occasional travel and flexibility to support social media coverage of events including outside working hours when required
