Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives on crafting compelling narratives, engaging audiences, and bringing innovative ideas to life. You’ll be at the forefront of social media trends, blending creativity with strategy to develop campaigns that capture attention and deliver results. 

Requirements

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with brand goals. 

• Create engaging content, including Reels and TikTok videos, and write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts and ads. 

• Manage community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering brand loyalty. 

• Oversee content calendars, scheduling, and publishing to ensure a consistent brand presence. 

• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media technologies. 

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop cohesive campaigns. 

• Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies for better reach and engagement. 

• Handle multiple projects and client relationships effectively within tight deadlines. 

• Possess 3-5 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency, with strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and video production. 

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. 

• Experience in editorial planning, content production (photo & video), and campaign execution. 

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. 

• Fluent German and English language skills.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000.
