  • Manage inbox and calendar (as needed)
  • Manage social media, captions, posting, etc. using Notion Social  
  • Manage Notion
  • Create small Canva templates 
  • Attend team meetings 
  • Assist with various other projects / tasks 
  • Platforms: 
    • Google WorkSpace
    • Notion
    • Canva 
    • Meta Business Suite 

Requirements

  • Experience in social media (a must) 
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant (a plus) 
  • Must be on Eastern Time
  • Tech savvy 
  • Deadline oriented 
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Intuitively organized
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently 
  • 10-15 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
  • Eastern Time Zone
