About the Role

We are looking for a creative and adaptable Social Media Manager Intern to help elevate Sleek’s presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, with potential expansion to Twitter in the future. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys storytelling, and can craft engaging content that resonates with our audience.

As part of our marketing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and social media strategy, with the potential to transition into a full-time role at Sleek.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn and Facebook, aligning with Sleek’s brand voice and business goals.
• Monitor social media trends, engage with our audience, and respond to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to promote Sleek’s services, thought leadership, and company culture.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights on engagement, reach, and content effectiveness.
• Stay updated on best practices for LinkedIn and Facebook, and contribute ideas for potential expansion into Twitter in the future.
• Assist in repurposing content across different formats (text, images, videos, carousels) to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Passion for social media and an understanding of LinkedIn and Facebook’s best practices.
• Strong writing and content creation skills, with an eye for detail.
• A creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach—we value initiative and adaptability.
• Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop) is a plus.
