JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a dynamic and innovative brand seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Influencer Outreach Specialist to help us amplify our online presence and build strong relationships within our community. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving engagement, creating organic conversations, and fostering brand partnerships to help us grow our reach and influence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Community Engagement on X (formerly Twitter):

    • Monitor and manage conversations on X (formerly Twitter) related to the brand and industry.
    • Actively comment on and engage with celebrity posts, influencers, and followers to initiate organic, authentic conversations.
    • Build and nurture a community of engaged users and brand advocates.

Gifting Campaigns:

    • Research and identify micro-influencers who align with our brand and values.
    • Coordinate and manage the gifting process for influencers, sending out up to 50 product gifts per month.
    • Track the success and impact of gifting campaigns to measure ROI and engagement.

Influencer Outreach & Partnerships:

    • Manage relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns.
    • Oversee influencer communications and ensure the alignment of brand messaging in partnerships.
    • Track influencer performance, monitor content, and ensure deliverables are met.

Campaign Reporting & Strategy:

    • Track and report on the success of engagement and influencer campaigns.
    • Use analytics to optimize influencer outreach strategies and content.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for growth within influencer relationships and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly with platforms like X (formerly Twitter).
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and ability to identify relevant influencers for brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding opportunities for engagement and partnership.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience in measuring campaign performance.
  • Experience in handling gifting campaigns and tracking influencer ROI is a plus.
