About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive with content creation skills to support with the managing of multiple social media pages. You will manage day-to-day social platforms, create engaging multimedia content, and play a key role in shaping the founder’s personal and brand narrative online.

 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Own daily posting, scheduling, and platform optimization across social media platforms
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects the founder’s aesthetic, values, and personality.
  • Develop monthly and weekly content calendars
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking.
  • Manage community engagement, including DMs, comments, and creator interactions to grow loyalty and visibility.

 

Content Creation

  • Share new ideas weekly of content that we can create/ shoot
  • Support with the production of content for the pages
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, hooks, and storytelling elements optimized for each platform
  • Ability to edit photos with strong attention to detail, pacing, and platform best practices

 

Strategy & Growth

  • Support with developing a strategy for each platform
  • Maintain alignment between the founder’s personal brand and the broader beauty brand

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years experience in social media, digital content, or influencer management
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and platform-specific engagement strategies.
  • Good skills with content creation tools
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
  • Some experience with filming BTS style content
  • A proactive mindset with an eye for “capture-the-moment” opportunities.
  • Comfortable working on-site with the founder as needed (events, shoots, travel, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail & highly organized
  • A natural storyteller
