You’ll translate moments from films and series into social media magic — content that feels like it was made by a true insider and connects deeply with fan communities. Owning the process from concept to final delivery, you’ll balance creativity and brand consistency while developing innovative formats, layouts, and templates that keep our content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• Design with Purpose: Deliver social-first visuals that resonate with entertainment audiences, blending creative flair with a deep understanding of fan culture.
• Think Like a Fan: Immerse yourself in plots, characters, and relationships to craft authentic, engaging content for film and series communities.
• Own the Process: Take responsibility from concept through to polished output, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
• Innovate Within Frameworks: Push creative boundaries while working within established brand guardrails to keep consistency and impact aligned.
• Build & Evolve Formats: Develop layouts, templates, and visual systems that enable both high-quality daily output and innovative new content formats.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with strategists, creatives, and motion designers to bring ideas to life (bonus points for motion skills).
• Work Smart: Use tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Topaz) to deliver outstanding creative results in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Fluent: Communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000.
