The Content Scheduler is responsible for executing and managing social media publishing across platforms using Hootsuite, ensuring consistent posting, basic engagement, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
Manage weekly and monthly content calendars
Coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders
Create and adapt basic graphics using Canva templates
Handle Level 1 community responses and comments
Monitor social engagement and flag issues or trends
Produce monthly optimization reports:
o Engagement
o Reach
o Best posting times
o Hashtag performance
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of social media scheduling experience
Strong Hootsuite knowledge
Canva experience for basic graphics
Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple brands
Basic analytics and reporting skills
