Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Content Creator whose primary mission is to drive virality, growth, and engagement across multiple executive and corporate accounts on LinkedIn and X.

You will write high-impact posts on behalf of founders, leadership, and brand accounts crafting content in each account’s unique tone and voice with the goal of maximizing:

• Views
• Impressions
• Engagement
• Followers
• Authority in AI & sovereign cloud
  
  

This is not a basic “social media manager” role. This is a growth-driven content role focused on narrative engineering and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Write daily high engagement posts for multiple accounts (LinkedIn, X)
• Capture and refine the voice of founders and team members
• Translate complex AI infrastructure topics into engaging, viral-ready content
• Turn product updates, enterprise wins, POCs, and events into compelling narratives
• Create thought leadership threads about:
  • Sovereign AI
  • Enterprise AI governance
  • LLM deployment at scale
  • GPU infrastructure
  • AI in banking and government
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for virality
• Identify trends in AI, Web3, infrastructure, and enterprise tech
• Coordinate with design for visuals, carousels, and short-form content
• Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form posts
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience growing accounts organically (especially LinkedIn and X)
• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI use cases
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics without losing authority
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and viral mechanics
• Exceptional copywriting skills
• Experience writing in different tones (founder voice, executive voice, brand voice)
• Data-driven mindset (engagement analysis, A/B testing hooks, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like:
  • ChatGPT / Claude / AI writing tools
  • Canva / Figma (basic understanding)
  • Analytics dashboards

• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI startups
• Experience writing for founders
• Understanding of GCC tech ecosystem
• Background in technical writing or AI research
• Experience turning complex infrastructure topics into viral narratives

In 1-2 months, you will have:

• Increased impressions across accounts significantly
• Driven consistent follower growth
• Produced viral posts (20k–500k+ impressions)
