We are seeking a Social Media Content Designer & Scheduler to create high-quality static assets for social media—including single-image posts and carousel content—and to schedule and publish content across social platforms according to a defined content calendar.
This role is focused on visual execution, organization, and consistency. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, understands platform-specific formatting, and can reliably manage content timelines and publishing workflows.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Static Content Creation, Design static social media assets, including:
Single-image posts
Carousel posts
Branded graphics
Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok static).
Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and visual standards.
Content Formatting & Optimization, Format assets correctly for each platform’s:
Dimensions
Aspect ratios
Safe zones
Optimize visuals for clarity, readability, and engagement.
Scheduling & Publishing
Schedule posts using approved tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, native platforms).
Publish content according to the content calendar and campaign timelines.
Ensure captions, hashtags, and tags are correctly applied at publish time.
Content Management & Organization
Maintain organized asset libraries and naming conventions.
Track scheduled, published, and upcoming content.
Flag gaps, overlaps, or timing conflicts in the schedule.
Collaboration & Coordination, Work closely with:
Social media managers
Content writers
Marketing leads
Implement feedback efficiently and revise assets as needed.
Support campaigns, launches, and recurring content series.
Quality Control
Proof assets for accuracy (copy, branding, formatting).
Ensure posts go live correctly and on time.
Monitor scheduled posts for errors or platform issues.
Required Qualifications:
2–5+ years experience creating static social media content
Proficiency with design tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Canva (brand-kit level)
Figma (optional)
Experience scheduling content via social media management tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing carousel storytelling content
Familiarity with platform best practices for engagement
Basic understanding of social media analytics
Experience working from a content calendar or marketing plan
