About the Role: We're seeking a creative and autonomous Social Media Content Creator to drive content strategy across our pharmacy businesses. This role requires someone who can take ownership of our social media presence with minimal oversight while maintaining high-quality, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create diverse social media content including static images, flyers, short-form videos, and promotional materials
• Develop and execute content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Leverage AI tools and automation to maximize content creation efficiency
• Manage content distribution: 75-80% for main pharmacy business, 10-15% for secondary business
• Work independently with high autonomy after receiving initial direction

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating social media content across multiple platforms
• Strong proficiency with AI content creation tools and automation software
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging visual and video content
• Self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to own initiatives
• Availability to work in Thuy's time zone (Latin America-based candidates preferred)
• Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week
