We are looking for a content creator to support our marketing initiatives. The content creator will be responsible for developing high-quality copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms. To do so, they will learn all about and make significant contributions to company branding and style guide to efficiently maximize the impact of content they generate. They will understand the successes and challenges of content from our market competitors and will share their learnings with coworkers and stakeholders to consistently deliver excellence.

Responsibilities
- Researching and compiling social trends, ideas, competitors’ best-in-class examples, and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content
- Creating storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials for both site content and social-first content
- Collaborating with the creative, social, and marketing teams to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Capture and edit original video content and have a hand in all phases of video production from pre-to-post (filming, editing, color correction, sound design, etc.)
- Define and create branded style templates for new and existing social content for IG stories, etc.
- Be the driver of “think outside the box” ideas, oftentimes thinking ahead of the curve, steering trend curation and thumb-stopping content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in
- Use SEO best practices to drive traffic to Company digital channels
- Collaborate across teams to determine and solve campaign objectives
- Monitor digital engagement metrics
- Promote company offerings to reach new audiences
- Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter
- Aid with the visual design of promotional materials
Skills and qualifications
- Outstanding copywriting, social media, or video production skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
- Ability to work effectively without oversight
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational and time-management abilities
- High degree of computer literacy
- Photography, videography, editing or creative content skills
- Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking abilities
- A strong visual mindset and understanding of the wider landscape of beauty video
Preferred qualifications
- Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content
- Capable of managing multiple competing priorities
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics
- Comfortability with more than one language
- Typing speed of over 80 words per minute
