We are looking for the one who tells our story: Engaging Audiences and Driving Visibility. As the Social Media & Content Creation Specialist, you will be the voice and visual curator of our brands across all digital platforms. Your mission is to develop compelling content that engages our community, reflects our core values, and enhances our digital footprint. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure consistency and impact across all campaigns.

On a daily basis, you will 

  • be responsible for the full lifecycle of content, from strategic planning and creation to execution, analysis, and community engagement.
  • develop, plan, and execute engaging content across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely posts across all platforms.
  • collaborate with internal teams to source authentic stories, compelling visuals, and ideas for successful campaigns.
  • monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using data and insights to optimize future content and strategy.
  • engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner that builds rapport.
  • stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, proactively suggesting new content formats and exploring potential channels.

 

The basics you bring along 

  • You are a creative, data-aware storyteller who is highly organized and passionate about both travel and digital communication.
  • You have proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for brands or organizations.
  • You are a creative storyteller with excellent writing and visual communication skills that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of social media analytics and how to use performance data to strategically improve results.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a genuine passion for travel, culture, and connecting with diverse audiences on a meaningful level.

You can impress us even more with

  • Technical Skills: Experience with video editing, graphic design, or photography to elevate content production.
  • Industry Experience: Previous work in the travel industry or with purpose-driven brands.
