About the Role

As our Social Media Campaigner, you will be on the front lines of HazteOir's digital advocacy. This is an exciting position at the heart of one of the world's most innovative and promising public organizations today. It offers a unique structure and team to help develop and pursue large-scale social change efforts. 


You will report to the Legal and Communication Manager and help define and implement HazteOir’s social media voice—crafting powerful campaigns that inspire, mobilize, and shape public debate. From content creation and paid ads to analytics and cross-platform strategy, you’ll turn our values into viral moments.

What You'll Do

  • You will facilitate the creation of a consistent brand book and help define HazteOir’s voice across social media platforms.
  • You will design and develop impactful campaign strategies that can be executed across social platforms.
  • You will create compelling and engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for social media campaigns.
  • You will manage HazteOir's social media platforms (FB, IG, X, etc.) and ad campaigns.
  • You will monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for rapid-response actions.
  • You will spot social media opportunities for campaigns, crowdsource ideas from supporters, and translate them into mobilizing posts.
  • You will stay on top of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices—always one step ahead

Who you are

  • You are based in Spain and have Spanish as your first language.
  • You have professional experience in social media storytelling, digital campaigning, or community management.
  • You have a deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and X, and you’re familiar with other major social networking platforms. Knowledge of YouTube is highly valuable.
  • You can interpret and report on social media metrics, especially ad performance and engagement data.
  • You possess excellent writing skills, enabling you to transform complex political or social issues into concise, compelling content for digital audiences.
  • You are familiar with creating, launching, and optimizing geo-targeted and paid social media campaigns.
  • You are comfortable using a wide range of software tools and can quickly learn new ones.
  • You think strategically, creatively, and innovatively to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • You are deeply passionate about defending life, family, and freedom.
  • You demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • You thrive in a structured yet collaborative environment, and are comfortable working within a hierarchical team culture that values transparency, efficiency, and impact.
  • You have strong project and team management skills.
  • You adapt quickly to changing conditions and shifting priorities.
  • You have at least a B2-level proficiency in English. (Duolingo English Test required for non-natives, minimum score of 100). Any other languages are a plus.
