Social Media Associate

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Associate to support the execution of engaging and on-brand content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll work closely with our content, photo, and video teams to help elevate our brand’s voice and presence across key platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital storytelling and looking to grow in the fintech space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Work with the content and design teams to produce visually compelling and on-message social media posts.
• Help coordinate the rollout of social campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content strategies.
• Track performance metrics (likes, shares, clicks, etc.) and assist in compiling reports.
• Support influencer marketing campaigns and community engagement efforts.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader campaigns and company goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content-focused role.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with an interest in fintech, payments, or global financial trends.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools is an added advantage.
