Description
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Assistant to manage, create, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content creation, engagement strategies, and social media trends.
This is a part-time, salaried role (5 hours per day), ideal for someone who wants to contribute creatively while working remotely.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Content Creation (Primary)
The intern must be comfortable with writing and structuring content, not just visuals.
- Write blogs, articles, and thought-leadership content
- Create LinkedIn posts, short-form content, and captions
- Assist with website content updates
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form (posts, snippets, summaries)
- Work on AI-assisted content creation (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
2. Research & Content Ideation
- Research industry topics (SAP, AI, Enterprise Tech, Innovation)
- Propose new content ideas weekly
- Identify trends and competitors’ content strategies
- Assist in building monthly content calendars
3. Basic Marketing & Growth Support
- Support email campaigns and outreach content
- Assist with SEO-friendly blog structuring (headings, keywords)
- Track engagement metrics (views, likes, shares, basic analytics)
- Help improve content quality based on performance
3 Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Ability to think independently and creatively
- Comfortable using AI tools for content generation and improvement
- Willingness to learn enterprise tech, SAP, AI, and B2B marketing
- Can take feedback and iterate fast
- Ability to work independently in the 8 PM – 1 AM IST shift.
