The Role

This position aims to integrate with the data analysis team in obtaining information from various sources and tools. Convert data into insights and identify opportunities.

What will you do?

  • Knowledge about how to extract, process, analyze, and present data for the team and client, focused on strategic objectives.
  • Knowledge and experience creating performance reports for owned social media channels (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience monitoring social media and other media to identify opportunities (such as trends) and threats for the business. From query definition to implementation in the tool and subsequent reporting.
  • Knowledge about alerts and crises through monitoring and impact measurement.
  • Capacity to innovate and develop new processes or tools that allow for task automation and/or add value to teams and clients.
  • Implementation of new forms of measurement and scoring, as well as the development and maintenance of KPIs and indicators.
  • Extraction, transformation, and visualization of data for the end client.

Requirements

  • You will bring at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Social Media Analyst.
  • A professional in Statistics, Mathematics, Politics, Sociology, Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • English level: B2+
  • Social Listening and data reporting tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, YouScan, Sprout Social, Web Analytics, Global Web Index, Semrush, etc.).
  • Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Influencers reporting tool (Creator IQ) would be a plus.
  • Report generation (Keynote/PowerPoint, knowledge of data storytelling and visualization).
  • Data Visualization / Dashboards: Google Looker Studio, Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI
  • Experience applying AI tools (Gemini, GPT 5, Perplexity, Claude) to support and enhance data analysis workflows, from data collection to qualitative interpretation.

Additional Valuable Experience / Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Valuable experience in processing communication campaign metrics is a plus.
    • Social Web APIs and advertising/analytics connectors.
    • Administration of SQL and NoSQL databases; data model design and data quality
