Chain Reaction is seeking a Social Media Analyst to manage our social media presence. You will analyze data, monitor trends, and provide insights to improve our online engagement.

Desired Skills: 

• Setting up and creating weekly, monthly and quarterly social media performance reports
• Tracking and monitoring of social media owned channels and competitors and creating reports
• Setting up and creating social media listening reports
• Management of social media reporting tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Emplifi, etc.)
  
• Management of social media listening tools
• Creating ad-hoc social media reports for campaigns and/or specific reporting briefs
• Interpreting the data, analyzing the performance and alerting the team in case of notable discrepancies

Qualifications: 

• BA degree in relevant field (Marketing, Mass Communication, etc...)

Requirements

• 1-3 years of agency experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well organized & ability to multi-task
• Pro-active & intuitive
• Creative and social-first mind-set
• Expert knowledge in social best practice
