Responsibilities

• Analyze social media performance metrics across various platforms to identify trends and insights.
• Develop comprehensive reports showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to inform strategic decisions based on social media analytics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in setting up tracking mechanisms to measure engagement and reach.
• Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on social media tools, analytics software, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of social media metrics and tools.
• Experience in social media analysis or digital marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and presentation tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
