Own and elevate the social presence across all major platforms with a focus on content quality, campaign execution, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Multi-Channel Social Strategy
    Manage end-to-end content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Linkedin
    Ensure consistent brand voice while adapting content to each platform
    Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Elevate Content Quality
    Continuously improve content quality, storytelling, and visual standards
    Work closely with designers, editors, and KOLs to produce high-performing content
    Identify trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand executions
  • Campaign-Driven Execution
    Lead social execution for key marketing campaigns (product launches, promos, activations)
    Ensure social content supports conversion, engagement, and user acquisition goals
    Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, KOL, and growth teams
  • Drive Growth & Engagement
    Grow followers and improve engagement across all platforms
    Optimize content based on performance data and insights
    Experiment with formats, hooks, and content structures to improve reach
  • Monitor Social Sentiment
    Track and analyze social sentiment, trends, and user feedback
    Respond to community interactions and manage brand voice in real-time
    Identify risks, issues, or opportunities from social conversations
  • Requirements
    • 3–6+ years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
    • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook ecosystems
    • Proven track record of growing accounts and improving engagement
    • Strong content instinct—knows what works, not just what looks good
    • Data-driven, but also creative and fast-moving
    • Experience in fintech / crypto is a plus
