We’re looking for a culturally-connected Social Creative to lead social-first creative across major global and Australian brands. This is a hands-on leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape and deliver integrated, platform-native campaigns for one of Australia’s biggest retailers, alongside other high-profile brands.
You bring more than just social expertise. You understand how to build ideas that travel beyond feeds and into culture. You can think strategically at a brand level while still getting excited about the detail in a piece of craft, the timing of a trend, or the perfect turn of phrase in a caption. You’re as comfortable concepting a seasonal retail campaign as you are building an innovative approach for a tech client.
You’ll partner closely with strategy, editorial, design and production teams to turn insight into standout ideas and high-quality paid content. You’ll also help set creative standards across the agency — mentoring talent, shaping best practice and inspiring teams to push the work further.
While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us by our clients means that this role will evolve over time and requires a “can-do” approach.
