  • Conduct performance analysis based on goals and KPIs (spend, organic performance, community growth) using analytics tools, and present actionable insights to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure every piece of content, branded or unbranded, adheres to FDA and platform-specific guidelines, including checking for fair balance and ensuring proper disclosures.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with creative, production, brand, media, and digital strategy teams.
  • Contribute to timely and accurate completion of client deliverables, ad-hoc requests, and thought leadership through POVs and research.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and evolving consumer behaviors in the pharmaceutical social media space.
