Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Content Relationship Manager to lead and nurture relationships across our social media platforms. This role is crucial in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, amplify brand storytelling, and cultivate meaningful connections with our audience. You will work closely with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to ensure our beauty community remains at the forefront of digital conversations.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social content strategies that align with brand values and marketing objectives.
  • Actively engage with our audience across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
  • Influencer & Creator Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand awareness.
  • Monitor brand mentions, trends, and customer sentiment to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives across social platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance, provide insights, and optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality content, including photos, videos, and interactive media, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep the brand innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content strategy (preferably within the beauty industry).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Strong network and experience working with influencers, creators, and digital communities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen ability to craft engaging and on-brand messaging.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for beauty, trends, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
