Responsibilities:

  • Expert and professional knowledge of all existing and future Real Estate locations and projects in local market
  • Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and provide personalized real estate services or investment solutions.
  • Understanding of market trends and dynamics.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the real estate market, targeting potential clients and investors.
  • Leadership and strong communication skills
  • Readiness for constant learning and development
  • Fluency in English

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a Real Estate or Developing companies
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or real estate advisory roles.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets, property investments, and client management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
