As a Social Content Intern at Fnatic, you’ll shoot, edit and deliver content that continually engages the Fnatic audience while establishing a long lasting connection with our fans. You’ll elevate the quality of our content produced for social channels, ensuring Fnatic embraces topical trends and continually drives increases in viewership.
We’re looking for creative content all-rounders who are passionate about esports and are keen to immerse themselves in the ongoings of our Berlin esports performance hub. You’ll have the chance to learn from those around you, while experimenting every day with what resonates most with global gaming audiences!
This is a paid internship for up to six months.

Your mission is to:
Interact with a range of stakeholders to understand content goals for Commercial, Pro-Gaming and Product; as well as the Fnatic brand
Contribute to content planning and ideation
Assist in pre-production research and planning for content shoots
Capture varied content types from fly on the wall in the facility, at the arena on gameday or on set for produced pieces, supporting Fnatic storytelling
Capture, edit and publish shortform content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts
Film longer-form content pieces onsite or at venues involving our teams and talent, and edit for YouTube/other relevant platforms
Keep up with the latest content trends, and review Fnatic content performance to increase engagement and reach
Build data competency, monitoring content performance and deriving learnings for future output
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines (both for Fnatic and those of our partners), as well as consider IP usage limitations/copyright
Complete trouble and preventative maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment
Archive finished content appropriately for easy future access
Own ad-hoc content projects defined by your manager
We're looking for:
A portfolio of content demonstrating your skills and passion for esports
Strong ability with the Adobe Creative Suite
Self-sufficiency and comfort completing projects independently
Curiosity and interest in data
Willingness to travel to capture content on-location
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A flexible and resilient approach
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, additional languages desirable
