Responsibilities:
- Conduct social compliance audits for suppliers (tier 1 and lower).
- Map, monitor, and manage supplier compliance and corrective action plans.
- Prepare accurate audit reports and corrective action plans.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers and partners.
- Address factory violations and contribute to ethical standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be based in Malaysia.
- Degree with 3+ years of compliance experience (furniture, garments, textiles, or similar industries).
- Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and migrant labor rights.
- Familiarity with regional social and environmental issues.
- Willing to travel (30%) with strong ethics and integrity.
