This role connects social media, customer advocacy, and demand generation. As Social & Advocacy Growth Specialist, you will grow Lansweeper’s presence on social channels and peer review platforms turning customer proof into real business impact.
Your work will help buyers trust Lansweeper, move faster through the funnel, and influence pipeline and revenue. You will work closely with Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market goals.

To increase brand visibility, engagement, pipeline influence, and buyer trust, by turning social proof and peer reviews into measurable impact on conversion, across the funnel.
Grow Social Media Presence: Increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers on LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit with a focus on promoting Lansweeper’s AI search capabilities.
Maximize Review Platform Impact: Strengthen brand positioning on G2 and Gartner Peer Insights through strategic review acquisition, response management, and content amplification.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Advocacy Growth
Develop and execute a funnel-focused social media strategy, aligned with brand awareness, demand gen campaigns and product launches.
Amplify peer reviews, customer stories, and social proof across organic and paid social channels. (main channels: LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Meta, others)
Build and scale customer advocacy programs on social (reviews, testimonials, UGC, quotes, case highlights).
Proactive brand-led social initiatives (e.g. original video, social series): Collaborate with Content and Brand teams to turn peer validation into high-performing social assets.
Identify opportunities to support ABM, enterprise, and high-intent audiences through social proof.
Social-first creative leadership (trend research, formats, hooks, briefing and reviews)
Hands-on execution, design literacy and speed: Design literacy and confidence using lightweight tools to guide creative direction and iteration.
Peer Review Platform Strategy
Own the strategy and performance of peer review platforms (e.g. G2, Gartner Peer Insights, or similar).
Drive review acquisition, quality, and velocity in alignment with GTM priorities per target segments.
Optimize company profiles, messaging, categories, and CTAs to support conversion, AI search and pipeline influence.
Track and report on the impact of peer reviews on pipeline, conversion rates, and buyer influence.
Work with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to activate customers and generate reviews.
Revenue, Insights & Optimization
Work closely with campaign owners to integrate peer reviews and social proof into Paid campaigns, landing pages, email nurtures, ABM programs, sales enablement
Support funnel performance by improving trust signals across key conversion points.
Ensure messaging aligns with ICPs, buying stages, and enterprise decision-makers
Key Requirements
Hard skills
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, social media, growth, demand generation, or customer advocacy.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Media, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing peer review platforms and/or customer advocacy programs. (G2, Gartner, Ambassify)
Proven experience growing social channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
Strong understanding of how social media and social proof support demand, pipeline, and revenue.
Experience using analytics tools to measure performance and connect activities to results. (Hootsuite, Looker Studio)
Interest or experience in AI search, engagement tactics, and influencer or community collaboration.
Soft skills
Clear and persuasive communicator with strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, learning, and improving performance.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning projects end to end.
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable moving fast in a growth environment.
