SOC Manager at Diverto

Management of SOC services (IT and OT) for clients, knows the key business processes and specifics of the user with the aim of ensuring the delivery of an optimal solution and the fulfillment of defined standards and metrics
Advises users on best practices and emerging trends in cyber security and recommends investments in new tools and technologies
Coordination of available resources on SOC projects
Monitoring the level of service quality
Communicating with client stakeholders
Analyzing the clients state of information security on a technical level
Proposing security improvements on a strategic and technical level
In case of critical business incidents, participation in the organization and management of the incident
Defining guidelines for the SOC service, proposing technical and procedural improvements
Vulnerability classification and guidance towards a solution
Documenting findings and creating guidelines for strengthening services, protocols, operating systems and network devices
Holding specialized training for clients in the field of IT security
Cooperation with the client and cooperation with other teams within the company

University or professional education
Work experience in the field of information security
Excellence in identifying and solving problems
Excellent communication skills
Willingness for continuous development and a high level of responsibility
Knowledge of Croatian and English in speech and writing
Candidates with certificates in the field of information security (CISM, CISSP, GSOM...) may have an advantage
